Are you a compassionate professional with a background in addiction treatment, healthcare or social work? Pegasus Workplace Solutions is seeking a full-time Monitoring & Workplace Testing Case Manager to work with individuals enrolled in a post-treatment medical monitoring program to ensure that they maintain compliance with their employer’s requirements and return-to-work plan. Duties will also include conducting Chain of Custody biological collections for employers, third-party occupational testing companies, and private individuals enrolled in Pegasus programs.

Pegasus is a small company with a big impact. Our clinical side, Pegasus Recovery Solutions, provides comprehensive services for individuals seeking help for substance use disorders and includes an Intensive Outpatient Program, counselling, recovery coaching and family treatment. This is a position on our Workplace side, which offers accountability monitoring, occupational assessment and testing services, and biological drug and alcohol testing for employers and private individuals. **Who You Are**

You’re an organized professional with strong attention to detail and record keeping skills. You communicate with others in a clear and respectful manner and you possess the ability to write concisely. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships easily with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. You have an understanding of the disease of addiction and the process of abstinence-based recovery, and are willing to be flexible in terms of the required duties and job components.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Duties include, but aren’t limited to:

- Manage a caseload of medical monitoring program participants
- Keep excellent records and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Interface with other health care providers (occupational health, physicians, nurses)
- Liaising with employers, human resource departments or professional colleagues
- Produce prompt, accurate, well-written reports articulating compliance and/or issues for clients
- Biological drug and alcohol collections (saliva, urine, hair etc.)
- A nurse will also be required to perform occupational nurse medical evaluations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience in Healthcare experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in Case Management
- Clean criminal and vulnerable sector check

**Wage and Benefits**

The starting wage for this position is $32 to $35 per hour.

After three months, Pegasus offers three weeks of vacation to start and extended health and dental benefits.
