**_Responsibilities: _**
- Supporting our Director of Operations with
- Site maintenance and support
- Supervising daily site operations
- Resolving conflicts that may arise on site and ensure that everyone adheres to all scheduling constraints
- Communication with trades and office staff
- Verification of completed work
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Attending site meetings as needed with the project team
- Any additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

**_Requirements: _**
- Must be a handy individual, capable of taking on miscellaneous tasks at project sites and within our rental properties as needed
- Minimum of 3-5 years of construction experience is preferred
- 2-3 years supervising similar projects is required
- A solid understanding of all construction techniques and processes
- Ability to work well with customers, trades, fellow employees and managers
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings and specifications
- Carpentry background required
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ownership of construction safety footwear and headgear
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Ability to multitask
- Ownership of tools are an asset
- VALID driver's license with clean abstract and ownership of a vehicle (truck required)
- MUST be fluent in English
