We are thrilled to be able to take on a full time superstar studio manager as our studios expand. Our current team gels super well, our teachers are lovely and supportive of each other and our clientele are truly amazing. Experience is great, but the right fit is more important. Current members will be given preference. Certified Pilates and Yoga teachers will be given preference but not necessary to apply.

- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- **Studio Space**_
- Ensure studios are kept clean and organized - liaise with cleaners when necessary
- Studios are stocked with necessities
- Plants are watered on schedule
- Manage machine and building maintenance
- Some opening/closing/setup duties
- **Admin**_
- Assist in hiring/onboarding process
- Handle requests for substitutions or replacements when instructors are unable to teach
- Schedule management
- **Customer Service/Sales**_
- Collaborate with social media contractor to create compelling content for social media, website updates, newsletters, and other promotional materials
- Client engagement
- Community engagement
- Assist in the organization and implementation of events/workshops
- **Business Growth**_
- Collaborate with the studio owner and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance studio performance.
- Monitor attendance trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to increase studio participation and revenue.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to self-manage
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations and receive feedback from others
- Proficiency in using Momence an asset
- Proven experience providing exceptional customer service
- Passion for Pilates and Yoga and a good understanding of the industry
- Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the studio, including evenings and weekends
- Hyper organized
- Willing to travel between the studios
