**Job Title**: Studio Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Previous experience in leadership or management is required.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure an exceptional experience for all studio visitors.
- Able to multitask effectively, assist the owner, and run the studio efficiently.
- Plan and manage studio events, including workshops, parties, and special promotions.
- Experience in website management and social media is required to promote studio activities and engage with customers online.
- Experience in food handling and drink preparation is an asset.
- Great with customers of all ages, including children, to facilitate a fun and creative environment.
- Assist in recruiting artists to teach classes and workshops in the studio.
- Collaborate with the owner to plan and execute various studio activities and initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked studio environment at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the owner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in website management and social media platforms.
- Experience in food handling and drink preparation preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and children.
- Knowledge of pottery painting or art-related activities is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $17.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37 per week
