We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
- Assist customers in selecting products and answering any questions they may have.
- Process transactions accurately through the cash register, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are tidy.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

**Skills**
- Love of plants and bugs.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus, enabling you to assist customers with product specifications and features.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries over the phone when necessary.
- Cashiering experience is preferred, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain store orderliness and manage inventory effectively.
- Physically fit & hardworking.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
