**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for retail sales will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and information to enhance customer understanding.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, cleaning up the areas and arranging displays.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products, utilizing upselling techniques when appropriate.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent customer service skills.
- Help build items that require assembly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with product demonstrations is a plus.
- A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
