**Position Description**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager for Managed Transportation Solutions (MTS) and the Support Manager for Transportation Management Solutions (TMS), this position is responsible for providing dispatch, administrative, and product support to both the MTS and TMS teams.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Managed Transportation Solutions (MTS)**
- Order creation and data entry.
- Assist with the execution of daily/weekly/monthly standard report generation to clients.
- Pick
- up and delivery performance
- Manage multiple client accounts and their respective shipments simultaneously.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Track loads to ensure timely delivery.
- Procure carriers, negotiate rates, and measure delivery performance.
- Timely respond to all load opportunities with pricing and availability.
- Review all daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and maintain professional communication with clients, shippers, and consignees.

**Transportation Management Solutions (TMS)**
- Resolving support tickets and escalating them to the appropriate team members when further resolution is required
- Review new tariffs to ensure all required information is included, validate the data, and create the necessary tariff upload files
- Perform QA testing on Nulogx software to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal functionality and performance
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for Nulogx software to support users and ensure proper understanding of features and functionality

- Comply with company’s Policies & Procedures

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years freight brokerage or asset based experience preferred.
- Experience with transportation management software is required
- Takes initiative, is proactive in their work, and results-oriented.
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Crystal Reports would be beneficial
- Strong experience in TL, LTL, and flatbed equipment types
- Excellent customer service abilities with a natural desire to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with carriers and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Approachable, positive demeanor, yet assertive with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and/or transportation industry required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
