**Description**

**How you will create impact**
- Act as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator for the talent development team supporting the launch of training content and programs.
- Manage the use of Percipio as a development tool for employees.
- Coordinate the communication and launch of the annual Performance Development tool (Success Factors)
- Research and create custom training solutions for leaders and employees to support development.
- Design learning materials including eLearning content, presentations, participant guides, job aids and videos to support a variety of initiatives and programs.
- Support the creation and updating of talent development processes, tools, and templates and manage learning projects as needed throughout the year.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Talent Management initiatives as required for the broader department. Such programs may include diversity, organizational development, compliance, or technology enablement.
- Lead and maintain new hire employee onboarding learning curriculums including creating content for related projects and initiatives.
- Participate in Talent Development projects to support our initiatives.
- Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to collaborate with other business partners.
- Celebrate diversity of thought and have an open mindset.
- Coordinate our employee tuition assistance program.

**Who you are**
- You hold a Human Resources, Business Administration or Education diploma, degree or relevant experience.
- You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages through presentations and one on one interactions.
- You have an understanding of adult learning principles.
- You value customer service and have a solution-oriented attitude.
- You have the ability to complete and deliver work assignments in accordance with project deadlines and business expectations.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- You possess a high level of initiative and accountability.
- You possess the ability to work independently, be self-directed, be adaptable and flexible.
- You have excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
- You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.
- Ability to travel (5% Cdn) and (5% US & Int'l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport.
