Wind Equipment Coordinator

**Acuren Wind CA is currently looking for a Wind Equipment Coordinator to work out of our Goderich office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining up to date records for working at heights equipment in cloud database.
- Inspecting and re-certifying equipment for safety and compliance before and after each project and on a biannual basis.
- Ordering equipment and materials
- Maintaining stock rotation, disposing of and accounting for outdated stock
- Manage all vehicle fleet maintenance upkeep and records
- Maintaining a clean organized warehouse with the required access and safeguards in place to maintain compliance.
- Marking serializing new equipment for management and tracking.
- Shipping & receiving of new or used equipment.
- Loading and unloading equipment into vehicles and trailers.
- Plan and oversee the flow of equipment/gear and supplies to and from project sites
- Ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are in place and support ongoing service improvements Maintain a running list of active, inactive, quarantined, and retired equipment.
- Generate missing equipment reports.
- Maintain 100% compliance on equipment spot checks.
- 20% Travel in this position.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass a urine/alcohol drug screen
- 3+ years in warehouse management preferred
- At heights mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance.
- A full understanding of all equipment used in the Wind industry, such as harnesses, lanyards, PPE gear, IRATA and SPRAT rope access systems expectations and requirements with emphasis on the equipment management program preferred
