**Administrative Assistant Role**

**Job Title**

Administrative Assistant

Kjenner Financial Services, a branch of Sun Life, located in Fort Saskatchewan is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a successful Advisory Team.

We strongly value a team-oriented individual that can take initiative across a broad range of tasks.

You will work together with an energetic, collaborative, and progressive team to provide quality client service and help deepen relationships with existing clients through ongoing, efficient support to both clients and the Advisor Team.

**What will you do?**

Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls

Book and confirm appointments

Manage and maintain all paperwork

Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.

Respond to client inquiries (policy transactions, requests policy documentation, policy information, etc.).

Respond to requests for information in a timely matter

Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments

Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.

Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients: manage timelines and key dates for accounts

Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.
- Work with an energetic, collaborative, progressive team

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

High level of time management and organization skills

Demonstrated skills in providing client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients

Exceptional verbal and written communication in English

**Nice-to-have**

Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent qualification

2-3 years experience and knowledge in the Insurance and Investment industry

Knowledge of Salesforce Software

**Schedule**:Full-time (Monday-Friday)

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

**Location**: Fort Saskatchewan, AB

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
