**Manager, IT Equipment Services **for a
**full-time opportunity.**

**Role**: This is a technical leadership role suited to an individual with strong attention to detail, and a track record of leading technology delivery in a high-performance organization. This role will provide a strong voice within the IS leadership team to help shape the vision for technology, and help deliver technology services required for business success.

You have a passion for delivering a frictionless technology experience to your customers by using modern cloud-based tools and practices and have a proven history of building strong cross-functional relationships with technology and business leaders and partnering to deliver scalable and secure technology services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead IT Equipment service delivery and support, including Windows/Mac endpoints, iOS/Android mobile devices, print services, and AV/Collaboration tools.
- Provide direct oversight and lead a Vancouver, BC-based team to support our global headquarters, and partner with regional leads in our worldwide offices to deliver IT equipment services around the globe.
- Set and maintain key service levels, deliver a high level of customer service and hold the team accountable.
- Own and lead the resolution of all incidents, services, and/or problems that may arise within your teams. Work and partner with other IS teams as needed to prioritize and fix root issues.
- Collaborate with the company’s business leaders to prioritize and deliver service improvements tied to their business needs, and build trust and transparency by socializing improvements throughout the organization.
- Lead development of IT service standards and practices.
- Lead, mentor, and grow your team to maximize satisfaction and performance.
- Support direct reports to build career development plans to ensure we have the right resources in the right places and provide opportunities for internal growth.

**Knowledge**:

- 6+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years of experience as an IT leader in an enterprise environment.
- ITIL certification and a strong understanding of IT management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading operations, service delivery, or support.
- Experience building and developing high-performance teams, in an onsite, hybrid, remote and global environment.
- Strong hands-on technical experience, including recent work with cloud services.
- Ability to lead by example, build relationships at all levels within an organization and with external partners, strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management skills.
