**Job Title**: Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify, target and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Analyze sales data and provide regular sales reports to the executive team
- Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Availability for travel to meet clients

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
