**Job Purpose**
To provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to all independent beauty consultants who make inquiries through the Mary Kay Sales Force Support Centre. Also to provide support to Mary Kay Business Services, by processing requests and inquiries about our Product Replacement program, 90% Repurchasing, Commissions, and Accounts receivable.
**Education**
Secondary School Graduate, plus 1-2 years' work experience in a Call Centre and/or 1-2 years of administrative/financial experience an asset
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Comfort level in dealing with people on the phone, in a fast-paced service environment
- Must be able to work efficiently and courteously under pressure
- PC literate including keyboard speed and accuracy
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to use social media, and chat, for customer support
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
- Aptitude and experience with figures, and accounting experience an asset
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receives and responds to all inbound inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, as well as records the nature of the call and the resolution
- Maintains a clear, up-to-date understanding of the Company policies, programs and promotions, and has the ability to communicate them in a positive manner
- Monitors and responds to Customer Service inquiries and comments on Facebook Page
- Provides support to Business Services for sales force requests for: Product Replacement, 90% Repurchased, Commission adjustments, and Account Receivables to name a few.

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
