We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Carry Maternity. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Responsibilities: Including but limited to.
Sales: Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences. Provide product information and engage in active selling to drive sales and meet targets.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking sales floor, and ensuring products are properly labeled and organized. Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize stock levels.
Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card, and digital payments. Maintain the cash register and adhere to cash-handling procedures.
Merchandising: Assist in creating appealing displays and arranging products to enhance the store's visual appeal. Keep displays organized and up to date with new arrivals and promotions.
Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking cleaning supplies.
One-on-One Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive service to each customer, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Cash-handling experience is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
