Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and provide a warm welcome to the salon
- Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software
- Coordinate salon services and ensure efficient scheduling
- Assist clients with product selection and provide product demos
- Process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon reception area
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with experience in retail or technical sales preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, stylists, and technicians
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry terminology is desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
