**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs
- Manage salon appointments and schedules efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff in a professional manner
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Upsell salon services and products to clients
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase salon offerings
- Handle cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage cash handling procedures following salon protocols
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products tailored to client needs
- All assistant work as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Friendliness and outgoing, the ability to keep a conversation and be very social while prioritizing tasks ***:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon or retail environment
- Attention to detail
- English proficiency is a mandatory
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse clientele
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell services and products
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Ability to keep up with a fast paced environment
- The interest to take initiative
