**Position Title**:
Operations Associate
**Location**:
Pickleplex Head Office - Remote
**Position Description**:
We are seeking a junior level Operations Associate to support our expansion and operational excellence. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Operations & Business Growth, this role will play a critical part in optimizing club performance, developing strategic partnerships, and driving scalable growth initiatives.
**The key responsibilities of an Operations Associate are**:
- Assist in developing a long-term growth strategy roadmap.
- Analyze and refine operational processes at key clubs, documenting and implementing improvements.
- Create a standardized club checklist, support club openings, and refine processes post-launch.
- Build and maintain a vendor management list and purchasing calendar.
- Support securing new vendor agreements that align with brand standards.
- Oversee the integration of key systems (POS, membership management, etc.).
- Using pre-built dashboard to track system efficiency and implement data-driven improvements.
- Pilot new programs and product lines, gathering feedback for improvement.
- Support initial training modules for club systems and operations.
- Ensure training support for new club openings, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- All other duties as assigned
**Required skills and competencies**:
- Analytical & Process-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to streamline operations.
- Detail-Focused & Organized: Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Growth-Minded: Excited about scaling a fast-growing company and taking on new challenges.
- Strong Communicator: Able to coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, vendors, franchisees and general managers.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Comfortable using analytics to refine strategies.
**Required Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or business development; ideally within multi-location, membership-based, or franchise business preferred.
- 1 year of hands-on operational experience with evidence of driving process improvements, grown initiatives, or system integrations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
**Required Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
**Working Conditions**:
- 100% Remote with occasional travel (Canada-Wide)
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
**Job Type**:
- Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
