**We are offering**
- Full-time work in Spring, Summer, Fall (average 45+ hours/week during the season)

**Job Requirements**
- Performing physical work
- Work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet). Participation in winter snow removal operation is mandatory.
- Desire to learn new skills and a willingness to follow direction
- Must be a reliable team player, able to work with, and without, direct supervision
- Ability to work diligently, smartly, and safely
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays. as required. Peak situations may arise due to the seasonal nature of the work.
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environment, shop and equipment
- Conduct daily safety inspections of tools and equipment
- Complete daily paperwork, tracking job times and materials
- Experience in hardscape and softscape construction is an asset
- Reliable daily transportation to/from the NRL shop in Upper LaHave
- Valid Driver’s Licence, with clean driver’s abstract
- Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Check
- Compliant with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety guidelines and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.00-$20.00 per hour
