Accounting Clerk

We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented full-time **Accounting Clerk** to join our dedicated accounting team. As Accounting Clerk, your job encompasses some of the following:

- Responsible for processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices
- Ensure invoices are authorized, mathematically correct, pricing is verified and purchases are reconciled
- Accurately execute data entry with attention to detail in a timely manner to ensure compliance with established deadlines
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
- Establish and maintain required vendor & project files
- Carry out other accounting related tasks & provide administrative support as required

- You have outstanding organization and time-management skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You can work independently but also enjoy team collaboration

Experience and Education:

- Post-secondary education in accounting preferred or equivalent work experience
- Grocery or warehouse experience would be considered an asset
