**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including logic controllers and schematics.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become significant problems.
- Assist in welding tasks as required for repairs or fabrication.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation is advantageous.
- Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Customer service experience is beneficial to foster positive relationships within the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
