**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Aesthetic Laser Clinician (Owner-Operator)** to join our growing aesthetic practice. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who owns and operates their own laser equipment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, results-driven aesthetic treatments.

The clinician will provide advanced non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including laser hair removal, laser facial treatments, and radio frequency services, while maintaining exceptional client care and safety standards. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a loyal client base within a supportive clinical environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform aesthetic laser treatments, including:

- Laser hair removal
- Laser facial and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Radio frequency skin tightening and related services
- Conduct thorough client consultations, skin assessments, and treatment planning
- Educate clients on procedures, expected outcomes, pre
- and post-treatment care
- Operate and maintain laser equipment safely and in compliance with regulations
- Ensure all treatments follow clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the clinic team to support business growth and client satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Certified **Aesthetic Laser Clinician** with proven hands-on experience
- **Owner and operator of your own laser machine(s)** (required)
- Experience performing laser hair removal, laser facial treatments, and radio frequency procedures
- Certification as a **Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Aesthetician** is strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of skin types, laser safety, and treatment protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards

**Preferred Experience**
- Previous experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic
- Established client base is an asset, but not required
