This role is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, clear communication, and strong patient education. You will work closely with the dentist and administrative team to deliver exceptional hygiene services and support patients in understanding their oral health and treatment needs.Key Responsibilities:Clinical care:Perform comprehensive hygiene care including periodontal assessments, scaling/root planing, polishing, fluoride, and sealants where applicable.Take and interpret radiographs as needed and ensure appropriate documentation.Deliver consistent patient education on oral hygiene techniques, prevention, and home-care recommendations.Identify periodontal disease/caries risk and communicate findings clearly to patients and the clinical team.Support whitening/adjunct services as offered in-clinic (if applicable).Patient experience & communication:Build trust and rapport with patients, including anxious or high-needs patients. Receive 5 star Google reviews.
