**Position Overview**
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop/implement on-brand visual marketing to deliver consistent consumer shopping experience in-store and online.
- Creating and maintaining effective planograms.
- Prepare visual guides for retail branches to use when building out and designing visual merchandising aeras of stores.
- Develop/implement strategies and design concepts for new product launches by working with Marketing team, conducting market research, etc.

**Position Requirements**
- Degree in business or marketing preferred or equivalent combination of training, education or experience.
- 2+ years of related experience in retail industry
- Experience creating/presenting/implementing planograms and other visual merchandising strategies.
- Experience researching industry and market trends
- Experience with medical equipment or the medical equipment industry would be an asset.
