**Position**: Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser is to assist the Store Management team to maximize sales productivity by effectively implementing visual presentation strategies. The visual merchandiser will be responsible for:
**Job Functions**:

- Executes floor plans and implements visual directives to positively impact store sales.
- Train, coach and hold store teams accountable for all aspects of visual merchandising.
- Manages all aspects of visual and marketing presentation to enhance store productivity and maintain the brand.
- Develop store management teams on how to achieve and maximize sales goals through visual presentation techniques.
- Accountable for the execution of window and merchandising directives.
- Ensures store setup and proper signage are used as per company directives
- Monitors and ensures 100% compliance of all markdowns
- Creates visual impact with mannequins, floor displays and merchandise presentation.
- Partners with the operation team to ensure that all objectives of the store are being achieved
- Ensures stores are organized and tidy

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in visual merchandising for apparel stores.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to commute from Burlington through to Windsor (all of South Western Ontario region).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule / various shifts to meet the needs of the business including weekends and holidays.

**Location**:Edmonton, Alberta - Kingsway Mall

**Schedule**
- 40-44 hours per week
- Holidays and Weekends
- Should be available for overtime hours if required
- Days and hours of work varies

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
