**The Job**:

- Organizing financing contracts
- Meeting with clients to discuss vehicle financing options
- Presenting vehicle protection options
- Presenting credit and life protection options
- Working with lenders to secure loan approvals and funding
- Presenting Vehicle warranty and upgrade options
- Collecting client information
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues successfully.
- Manage compliance with all government (Municipal, Provincial and Federal) and OMVIC regulations.

**The Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of F & I Dealership Management experience.
- Proficient with computers, dealer related systems and MS Suites is an asset.
- Must possess a winning attitude and the drive to succeed.
- Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general management sales/service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid OMVIC license.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide a clean driving abstract.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive or other related area is an asset.

**Salary**: $42,881.45-$124,568.16 per year
