We’re looking for full-time team members to join our door manufacturing team. As a **Production Team Member - Door Assembler**, you will be responsible for assembling steel or fiberglass door systems according to Centennial standards, to complete high quality products for our customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to support production requirements as needed.
- Strong measuring skills (Imperial System of Measurement).
- Flexible with the ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis.
- Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
- Good attendance and works well with fellow Production Team Members.
- The ability to operate the following equipment efficiently and safely is an asset: router, chop saw, table saw, drills, air nailers, hand tools.
- Experience with tools and machinery.
- Good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude
