As a Digital Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business requirements for IT programs and projects.
In this role you will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are developed and implemented successfully. You will also be responsible for ensuring that IT programs and projects are aligned with business objectives and that they meet the needs of stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent would be required- Exceptional communication skillsets both oral and verbal are a must have- Two years experience in Business Analysis in IT context is required
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting business analysis to identify business requirements for IT programs and projects- Translating business requirements into functional specifications- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT solutions- Ensuring that IT programs and projects are aligned with business objectives- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Developing and maintaining documentation for IT programs and projects- Managing project timelines and budgets- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met- Providing guidance and support to team members
Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday- Depending on the nature of the role, we have implemented a Hybrid Work Model to provide our employees with a combination of office-based work and ‘work from home’ flexibility.
