Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with billing processing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in an office setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
