**IT Support Technician**

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our growing team, at a prominent local Managed Services Provider. You would be helping small, medium and large high-profile clients solve a wide variety of advanced technical issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Ideally you have 3+ years of experience in the it support field and must have experience in troubleshooting support requests in Windows server and desktop environments, virtualization, and networking issues. You have worked and are familiar with remote access tools, remote diagnostics, and enjoy creating a positive end user experience through the support cycle, and pride yourself on strong documentation.

You would work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, have personal dedication to maintaining your IT skillset, managing your time effectively, and have strong communication and inter-personal skills.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Remote and Onsite support for Service Requests
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot, and conduct root-cause analysis in conjunction with the service team post-incident
- Provide proactive insight for continuous improvement of services
- Accurate and concise maintenance of professional documentation
- On-Call Availability after hours

**Desired Skills / Experience**
- 3+ Years of experience in an IT helpdesk or IT support role
- Advanced Microsoft Desktop/Server OS troubleshooting and configuration
- Advanced level support of network configuration: Routers, Switches, WIFI, WAN/LAN connectivity
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Platform and Office 365
- Strong oral/written English communication skills
- SonicWall / HPE Aruba experience, knowledge of hosting platforms and website hosting configuration a plus but not required

**Schedule**
- 8-4, Monday - Friday
- 1 x 24 Hr. On-Call week per 4-week period
- (Avg 2 Remote Calls / week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
