**Reporting to the Director of Fixed Operations, your day as a Parts Clerk will consist of**:

- Assist customers in selecting parts in an efficient manner and provide high quality service to internal and external customers (retail and shop);
- Collect payments from retail customers or obtain credit authorization;
- Maintain accurate records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts;
- Follow up on back orders;
- Replenish inventory;
- Organize and fill orders;
- Organize orders for delivery to the shop;
- Organize orders for daily shipping, delivery or pick-up;
- Identify out-of-stock parts from an outside source and place a rush order if necessary;
- Notify technical advisor and customer upon receipt of special order parts.

**Our Parts Clerk has**:

- High School Diploma (HSD) and 2 years of experience in a similar role OR Parts Clerk training completed and 1 year of experience;
- CPA (Comité paritaire de l'industrie des services automobiles) certificate of qualification;
- Knowledge of CDK is an asset;
- Bilingualism;
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
