**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for supporting the Controller along with the local Finance & Accounting teams by analyzing financial/operational data, cost variances, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This critical role requires ability to work independently, as well as build relationships to successfully collaborate to implement cross-functional projects.

**YOU ARE**

**REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Expertise:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, ERP systems (e.g., Syspro), and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and financial analysis.
- Ability to define issues, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
