**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position: HPW WATER BLASTER/ VACUUM OPERATOR**

**PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION**

As an HPW Water Blaster/ Vacuum Operator in our facility, you are motivated and energetic and work well in a team environment. You have strong versatility and the ability to plan and organize, be adaptable and assist crews with other necessary tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for various manual jobs.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Use of industrial high-pressure wash and vacuuming equipment
- Ensure proper use and cleanliness of equipment.
- Assist with basic maintenance of equipment.
- Help with job site preparation.
- Work with hand tools
- Perform other tasks as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Basic Underground Common Core training in the program # 770010 **U0000-U0001-U0002-U0012 **an asset
- Previous industrial high-pressure wash/vacuuming work experience

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Job requires ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 50 lbs. for 50 feet is required.
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (e.g., hard hat, safety boots, etc.)
- Ability to work out of town.
- Valid G driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
