Vacuum Truck Operator/dz Driver

We are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our team at ETC. We have immediate openings for industrial vacuum operators, high pressure water blasters, media blasters, painters and helpers.

We are currently looking for qualified individuals who are willing to continuously develop their skills to comply with client needs as well as best practices.

**Responsibilities**

Safely operate a variety of industrial cleaning and painting equipment

Wear correct personal protective equipment at all times

Maintain detailed job logs for each shift

Maintain a professional demeanor

Track expiry dates of licenses/indocs and notify staff when expiry date approaches

Observe all site specific safety protocols and report concerns

**Qualifications**

DZ License

Knowledge of Safety procedures in an industrial setting

Ability to work extended hours/shift work

Able to work to the highest standard of safety

Ability to work on Vale properties

**Preferred Qualifications**

NORCAT

Tier 2 Surface and underground indocs (site specific indocs considered an asset)

Transporting Dangerous Goods

First aid/CPR

Knowledge of media blasting techniques

Knowledge of Industrial vacuuming and high pressure washing techniques

Knowledge of industrial painting practices

Forklift operators license

Any other mining or industrial cleaning related qualifications or experience deemed relevant.
