INF is a full-service Talent Agency dedicated to managing & casting Influencers. Since 2014, INF has exclusively managed a boutique roster of Talent in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and parenting spaces with strong followings on Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok.

Job Responsibilities:

- Report to INF’s Executive Assistant and provide operational support, including, but not limited to, overseeing calendars, booking travel and meetings, participating in calls, spreadsheet updates, and project management assistance
- Manage General Offers on behalf of INF’s roster
- Assist with Talent inbox management and bi-weekly Talent updates
- Maintain internal databases, trackers, systems, documents and packages
- Assist with quarterly outreach on behalf of INF’s roster
- Assist the INF Team with Talent scouting
- Coordinate gifting for INF Talent
- Draft Talent outreach pitches and support outreach for select Talent
- Draft Talent Briefs
- Website, Talent Page and Talent Kit updates
- Create and organize Engagement Reports
- Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years administrative or coordinating experience
- Digital industry experience a plus (Talent management, public relations, etc.)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communications
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work with limited direction from home and to collaborate virtually with a team
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Google Drive
- Keynote and/or PowerPoint
- MAC savvy
