**Job Title**:General Manager

PETERS EXCAVATING is currently seeking a motivated person for the position of General Manager. Peters Excavating has been serving Saskatchewan since 1956 as a provider of earthwork, excavation, graveling, grading and construction services. As a COR certified company, we have a culture of safety, respect and professionalism.

The General Manager reports directly to the President of the Company and is responsible for all day-to-day activities within the company including:

- Scheduling of crews and allocation of resources to various job sites
- Customer relations
- Fleet maintenance and procurement
- Business Development
- Compliance oversight

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Previous construction project management experience
- Experience with performing take-offs and project quoting.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, materials, negotiation, estimating, scheduling and safety).
- Technical Diploma or Degree is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
