Humble Manufacturing is growing and seeking a Sheet Metal Welder and Fabricator for the afternoon shift (1:30pm-12:00am Mon-Thurs). The role is to operate fabricating machinery in a production capacity spending approx. 50% of the time welding and 50% working with misc. sheet metal equipment such as punch press, brake press, de-burring tools, grinders, drill press, saw, etc. Great opportunity to learn and grow with an established stable company looking for long-term employees

**Responsibilities include**:

- Welding (MIG & TIG)
- Operate CNC fabrication machinery.
- Load and unload sheets on a turret punch press
- Form parts on a brake press
- Operate other metal fabrication equipment such as insertion press, grinders, sanders, drills, saws, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- MIG & TIG welding
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Experience in manufacturing doing production
- Measuring accurately with caliper and tape measure.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and care for quality.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation will be based upon experience. Health benefits will be offered after 3 months and eligibility to participate in the bonus program after 6 months.
