**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Red Seals and Journeymen on all tasks related to the trade
- Keep their working area clean and tidy
- Clean the job site as necessary
- Organize tools and materials as needed
- Perform other duties as required
- Listen and follow instructions

**Education and Experience**
- Completion of High School
- Minimum 1-year sheet metal experience (is an asset)

**Compensation: $21.79 - $37.04 + 5% RRSP + Full benefits (company paid).**

**Work Conditions**
- ESM employees work a standard 40-hour workweek, but work hours, including overtime, may vary based on business requirements from time to time
