**Job Title**:SMT Machine Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor SMT machines to ensure smooth production flow.
- Load and unload materials onto the machine, such as circuit boards, components, and solder paste.
- Perform equipment maintenance and routine cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Conduct visual inspections of completed boards to identify any defects or issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems that may arise during production.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper component placement and soldering.
- Follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, and quality standards to produce consistent and reliable results.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality control checks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating SMT machines or working in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with SMT technology and component identification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit board assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in performing basic troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
