Lindsay, Canada Mariposa Dairy Ltd. Full time

Under the direction of the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and Lead Hands, this position will be responsible for co-ordinating the accurate fulfillment of customer orders, in accordance with all Dairy procedures, safety and health regulations. This position has a flexible start and shift hours will vary in order to meet the changing requirements of the production schedule.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure smooth transition of order fulfilment, by effectively and efficiently setting up Line 1 and Line 2 in the Shipping Department.
- Assist in change overs, set up or tear down machinery as required.
- Understand, and be able to fulfill, all customers’ pallet patterns and stacking requests.
- Actively learn how to complete paperwork required in Shipping. Understand controlled documents.
- At end of day be responsible for the cleaning up of equipment.
- Safely operate electric carts as required.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Lead Hands and other employees.
- Maintain excellent communication between all team members.
- Work in an efficient, timely, safe and productive manner at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities including training of others.
- Any other duties as required.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of Mariposa’s products and brands.
- Good team player and have a positive attitude toward one’s peers.
- Flexibility of hours when necessary.
- Some work on statutory holidays and / or weekends.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

**MINIMUM CRITERIA**
- Must have good attendance.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow SOP, GMP and complete forms accurately.
- Must have a good and positive attitude towards change and other employees.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work in a team environment.
