**About the Role**

As a **Guest Sales and Partnerships Executive**, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with community organizations, shelters, settlement agencies, etc. to introduce newcomers to our unique accommodation solutions.

Your mission? Build relationships, expand our reach, and help ensure newcomers feel welcome and supported in their housing journey.

**What You'll Do**
- **Drive Guest Acquisition**: Build and maintain a pipeline of newcomers seeking safe, affordable accommodations.
- **Establish Partnerships**: Collaborate with settlement agencies, shelters, and other key organizations to grow TempHo’s network.
- **Outreach and Travel**: Hit the road across the GTA, meeting partners and potential guests face-to-face.
- **Create Impact**: Develop and execute strategies that make a real difference in people’s lives.
- **Exceed Targets**: Work towards clear KPIs and enjoy rewards for achieving and surpassing goals.

**Who You Are**
- **Mission-Driven**: You’re passionate about helping others and thrive in a purpose-oriented environment.
- **Sales Savvy**: You have 2-3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or relationship management.
- **Adaptable**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup setting.
- **Community Connector**: You know the GTA on the back of your hand and have strong connections in the community.
- **Licensed and Vehicle**: You have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and are willing to travel on short notice to build partnerships and engage with stakeholders.
- **Results-Oriented**: You’re driven to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining meaningful relationships.

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
