As part of the Talent Management Centre of Expertise (TM CoE), you will play a key role by supporting the development and execution of Sun Life’s performance and talent strategy.

This role will be focused on supporting the delivery of critical talent programs across the organization including Talent Review and Succession, Leadership assessment & development, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) - all in service of supporting our Employee Value Proposition. Working closely with other members of TM CoE, and in partnership with HR and our various business and functional groups, this role will have a strong analytical focus in supporting outcomes that include the identification and development of Sun Life’s pipeline of future leaders, promoting an increasingly diverse workforce, and enabling Sun Life’s continued recognition as a top employer in every geography it has a presence in around the world.

**What will you do?**
- Accountable to lead innovative strategic analytics initiatives to support various Talent programs that cover the employee life-cycle (Talent Review and Succession, Leadership Academy, Executive Assessments)
- Deliver meaningful insights for senior leaders across our global businesses through the analysis and interpretation of data across multiple sources. This includes using data to quantify the outcomes of talent solutions (e.g., HR data, business results, diversity, etc.)
- Support executive strategy and policy making on our enterprise talent approach through effective storytelling
- Help Sun Life maintain regulatory compliance and business continuity by supporting HR Partners as they succession plan for roles deemed as business critical
- Support the development of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce through reporting and insight generation in support of our DE&I commitments

**What do you need to succeed?**
- 2-3 years of relevant experience with quantitative/qualitative analytics and/or predictive analytics applicable to people research in an organizational setting
- Strong background in research design, visualization techniques, and analysis approaches in which you manage and analyze both structured and unstructured data
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as the ability to effectively package and present information to senior business leaders and HR professionals
- A fundamental understanding of HR practices, including performance management, succession planning, and managing workforce diversity
- Strong understanding of tools such as Excel and Tableau, and power user of Microsoft Office including using PowerPoint to create engaging and impactful content
- Advanced level of English and French required for Quebec applicants - interactions with English-speaking customers or partners
