**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 laborers and installers on interlock and hardscape job sites.
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project drawings.
- Set grades, elevations, and ensure proper drainage for installations.
- Operate machinery such as skid steers, compactors, and saws.
- Lay base materials and install interlocking pavers, retaining walls, curbs, edging, steps, and related features.
- Ensure job site safety and maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to report progress and resolve issues.
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and efficiency.
- Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and vehicles.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in interlock/hardscape installation.
- At least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of proper base preparation, compaction, drainage, and paver laying techniques.
- Experience with natural stone, masonry, or landscape construction.
- Ability to read and work from site plans or blueprints.
- Skilled in operating light construction equipment.
- Valid driver’s license (DZ license or equipment operator certification is an asset).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
