We’re looking for a **creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Associate** to support our in-store and digital marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, content creation, and digital advertising, with a strong understanding of brand-building in both physical and online spaces.

If you have retail sales experience - that’s a plus But our top priority is finding someone who lives and breathes marketing and can take initiative across platforms and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create, shoot, edit, and schedule content** for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Use **Meta Business Suite** to manage posts, reels, and engagement across accounts
- Upload and manage product listings on **Shopify** (images, descriptions, SEO)
- Design basic marketing materials (social graphics, in-store signage) using **Canva or similar tools**:

- Run and monitor **Meta and Google Ads**, and use data to make recommendations
- Support the team with in-store promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns
- Keep up with trends in retail, social media, and digital marketing
- (Optional/Bonus) Assist customers in-store and handle occasional cash/POS transactions

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing (digital, social media, or content creation)
- Confident using **Meta Business Suite**, Instagram Reels, and other social tools
- Familiarity with **Shopify** backend (product management, basic site updates)
- Experience with **Google and Meta Ads** (basic understanding or hands-on experience)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- (Bonus) 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
