- Assist with and accept special projects to help you develop and grow
- Understand we are one big team here, and we work closely with many other departments (including sales) to ensure overall success

To be successful, you’ll probably need the following skills and experience or be willing and open to learn new things:

- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
- Strong background in a customer service environment with proven positive interactions
- Ability to quickly prioritize individual responsibilities and manage your time well
- Well-developed multi-tasking skills
- Creative problem-solving skills with a forward-looking mindset
- Have the power of working individually with mínimal supervision, but also a great team player
- Availability to work flexible work hours as needed
- Proficiency with entire MS Office Suite
- Have the aptitude to adopt new knowledge of internal ERP systems quickly
- CFIA, HACCP, and agricultural industry knowledge is an asset
