**Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand** **Location**: 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON **What We Offer**: - Competitive Pay: $24 - $27 per hour - Benefits Package: Available after 3 months of employment - Company-Matching RRSP: Available after one year - Boot & Clothing Allowance: Provided after one year **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist the Foreperson in managing a crew of 3-5 people to ensure efficient and high-quality work. - Perform lawn and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, flower bed maintenance, and weed control. - Occasionally operate a company pickup truck and trailer for transportation of equipment and materials. - Maintain job site cleanliness and organization while following all safety protocols. **Job Requirements**: - Valid "G" Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. - Experience managing a crew of 3-5 people in a landscaping or maintenance setting. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. - Willingness to work long hours, with some Saturdays as required. **Tags**: Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand, Landscape Leader, Landscape Supervisor, Outdoor Work, Landscaping **About Oakridge Landscape Contractors**:
