**Now Hiring**: Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand
**Location**: Hamilton, ON
**Pay**: $22-$25/hour

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Support your foreperson in leading a crew of 3-5 hardworking landscapers.
- Mow, trim, rake, edge, weed, and prune to keep properties looking top-notch.
- Occasionally drive a company pickup truck with trailer (G license required).

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A valid G license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Crew leadership experience (3-5 people).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and put in a solid day’s work (some Saturdays may be needed).
- Bonus: We’re willing to train the right go-getter who’s ready to grow with us
