We are looking to hire an experienced full-time **Assembly Manufacturing Manager** who will—while reporting to the VP Operations—lead assembly operations, and manage all aspects of assembly teams, processes, and manufacturing areas within the department.

- **What We Expect From You: Duties & Responsibilities**_
- See to it that standardised working procedures are in place for all key tasks
- Guarantee performance quality control with specific action plans
- Verify and monitor cycle times, so that actual versus system and production targets are met.
- Maintain a well-organised inventory and replenishment system
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety standards
- Safeguard an internal and external quality focus
- Lead and participate in problem-solving and risk assessment
- Make certain that adequate process audits are in place
- Make yourself available for out-of-shift-hours contact
- Manage the headcount and overtime (within budget) for your team
- Champion continuous improvement projects and principles
- Reduce waste within the production areas.
- **What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience**_
- Evident managerial experience
- Assembly process engineering expertise
- University or College Degree in a pertinent discipline is considered an asset.
