**Production Assembly Supervisor**

**Adamson Systems Engineering** is a vertically integrated manufacturer, assembling a sophisticated high-end competitive product. Extensive in-house electronics manufacturing (surface mount PCB production) CNC parts production as well as, wet and powder coating and plastics molding (SMC).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage department Lead Hands
- Coordinate all departments to a common production output
- Ensure assemblies meet requirements
- Report on equipment maintenance and calibration requirements
- Experienced working in a make to order environment
- Assist in DFM process from prototype to full production status
- Participate in supply chain management initiatives
- Comply with Environmental Health and Safety standards
- Staff and team optimisation
- Manage process audits and KPIs

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering or related field
- 5 Years experience in Discrete Manufacturing, including final product assembly and/or part production
- Hands-on experience motivating a team of manufacturing professionals to meet targets
- Experience in managing a team of more than fifty (50) workers

INDHP

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
