**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate excavators to perform digging, and grading tasks as required by project specifications.
- Conduct loader operations and assist in bulldozing activities to prepare sites for construction.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures and ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as they arise during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators and graders.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve equipment issues effectively.
- Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on the job site.

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
