**Behavior Interventionist needed in North Vancouver - near Lynn Valley village**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children? Our dynamic home team in North Vancouver is seeking 1-2 enthusiastic Behavior Interventionists to support a delightful 7-year-old boy who has a keen interest in drawing, painting, singing rhythmic songs, and scootering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the child's communication using the ACC device (touchChat).
- Focus on developing basic academics, leisure skills, and safety through play and daily routines.
- Engage in play-based interventions to enhance learning and development.
- No prior experience with ABA is necessary; comprehensive training and ongoing supervision will be provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong play skills are a must
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive environment.

**Applicants must**:

- Be responsible and energetic.
- Be at least 19 years old.
- Have a clear criminal record check.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be willing to commit for 1 year.

**Schedule**:

- Shifts: 2 hours long (1-3 sessions/week)
- Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, or Friday (4-6 pm / 5-7 pm) or weekends.
- Flexible schedule during the spring break.
